Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details upon checkout. 

Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not offered.

Orders returned as a result of an incorrect delivery address will incur a re-shipping fee.

For print products, once an order has been printed and posted, cancellation of orders will not be accepted. 

The uttermost care is taken with each and every single order, however in some circumstances accidents do happen. If your product arrives in a damaged condition, is incorrect or is missing please notify Sam Peatey immediately.
